Pre-school fundraiser

We have an excellent fundraiser for pre-schools and playgroups, based on our Junior Banjo Blue books.

The books are sold in a set of four, at a price of $22.00 per set. Your organisation makes $9.00 profit on each set sold.

For example, if you sell 40 sets of books, your organisation makes a profit of $360.00.

It's simple to operate, and we support you with a Fundraising Kit consisting of:

  • sample books
  • a display unit for the books
  • A3 posters
  • A4 flyers and envelopes for each of your families

Fundraising for pre-schools

Here's How it Works
  1. You register your interest by filling out and submitting a registration form.
  2. We contact you to confirm the date you'd like to do the fundraiser.
  3. One week before the date, we send you a Fundraising Kit. This consists of
        a) one of each book as samples
        b) a display unit
        c) three A3 posters to advertise the fundraiser
        d) enough A4 flyers and envelopes for each of your families.
  4. You distribute the flyers and envelopes to your families and set up the display unit in a prominent place.
  5. Allow three or four weeks to collect orders and money from your families.
  6. Fill out the order form with the required number of book sets and send it back to us, together with payment of $13.00 for each book set required.
  7. We will send you the book sets.

What About GST?
  • We will give you a tax invoice to cover your purchase of books. This will show a charge of $11.82 for the book set and $1.18 GST (total $13.00). We will send the GST to the tax office.
  • Generally, organisations such as pre-schools are exempt from paying GST on the amount of money they make on a fundraiser such as this one.
And something extra...

If your organisation sells 40 sets or more, we'll give you something extra as a way of saying thankyou.
