Banjo Blue
Banjo Blue loves the Australian outdoor life. He loves camping, rock climbing, surfing, skiing... in fact if it's adventurous, Banjo will have a go.
On his adventures, Banjo's made friends with wedgetail eagles, pelicans, dolphins and dingoes. He's even gone swimming with a whale shark. The only creatures Banjo's a little wary of are the Kakadu crocs!
Banjo likes nothing better than spending a day at the beach, swimming in the surf with his friends, or playing volleyball on the sand. |

Bindi
Bindi's favourite place is the rainforest. She loves exploring its cool, ferny streams and secret, shady places. Bindi loves the small forest creatures, and she's especially good at binding up a broken wing or helping a baby possum who's fallen from its nest.
A delicate butterfly might show Bindi where she's laid her eggs, or a feathertail glider may perch on her shoulder and tell her the news of the forest. |

Swaggy
Swaggy is a wise old koala who has tramped the bush tracks for many a long year. When friends are gathered around the campfire at night, drinking billy tea and toasting marshmallows, Swaggy loves to tell stories about the great Outback.
Swaggy has a special secret. He owns a magic swag. When Swaggy takes off the rope and unrolls the swag, it starts to fly - just like a flying carpet.

Cocky
'Mischief' is Cocky's middle name. If there's trouble around, Cocky will be in it up to his wing tips! But he means no harm. He's got a heart of gold to match the yellow crest on top of his head.
There's only thing gets Cocky mad, and that's seeing a bird in a cage. It's like telling a kookaburra she can't laugh, or a koala he can't eat gumleaves. Cocky sometimes carries out daring rescue missions to set his feathered friends free. |

Kooki
The big old redgum growing on the riverbank is Kooki's favourite place. She sits on a branch, high above the ground, and keeps a sharp eye out for snakes and juicy insects. And she loves telling jokes to the other creatures living in the tree.
And Kooki loves the magic swag. She thinks it's really cool that all her friends can be up in the air, flying along with her. She likes to rescue Swaggy's hat when it blows off his head.

Pip
Pip the platypus lives on the river bank. Her house is built just above the waterline, and she can sit on her front verandah and chat to the river folk as they go about their business. Her house has a secret entrance that comes out beneath the roots of a big old gum tree.
Pip loves to swim in the river, searching for yabbies to eat. When it's time to play, she dives and splashes and slides down a rocky waterfall just around the river bend.
